This diesel engine is much more economical than equivalent gasoline versions, and analogical CO2 emissions are lower vs gasoline engines, disadvantage is it is pretty noisy work and a lot of weight compare to gasoline versions. Engine for Mercedes is upgraded by AMG, subsidiary specializing in manufacturing of sporting models. Work of the Mercedes engine is much quieter than diesel competitor in Audi. At maximum acceleration from standstill to 60 miles (0-100 km / h), q7 lags about 0.2 seconds, to 125 mph / (0-200 km / h), Audi lags another 2 seconds.
