In this test will compare two of the most powerful and luxurious SUV’s ever build. Both vehicles are manufactured in Germany and have over 500 horsepower output power. It should be noted that the specification of the Porsche is 2009 when Mercedes ML model is 2010. Both engines are V8, while Porsche working volume is 4806 cm3.

ML 63 engine is developed by AMG sport division, specializes in the manufacture of sports models. Engine capacity of ML 63 AMG is a displacement of 6208 cm3. Porsche Cayenne Turbo S power is 40 horsepower more than on that of the ML 63, which is due to the turbocharger, which is absent in the Mercedes. Porsche torque was significantly better than that of ML 63, which is the main reason for better acceleration on the track. Maximum speed limit like standard Mercedes is 255 km / h, while the Porsche engineers have added more 33 km to 288 km/h. Acceleration from a standstill in Porsche is much better than Mercedes, which is due to the better torque and a better engine power. Porsche offered by optional after a
dditional fee ceramic braking system which works really well. Cayenne managed to stop 60 miles (100 km / h) to 0 for only 112 feet (34 meters). Mercedes is also very well and managed to stay with the same speed to 0 for 118 ft (36 m). Clearance regulation in Porsche is much better 5.9 to 10,6 inches (150-270 mm). In ML possibility of regulation while Mercedes is significantly less than 7.7 to 9,8 inches (195-250 mm). Porsche behavior in extreme driving is simply amazing, for a moment you think that you are in 911 Turbo not in a huge 5406 lbs. (2452 kg) SUV. Performances of PORSCHE CAYENNE TURBO S on a track we think are the best of its class, which is not quite such a surprise. Porsche off road performance is better, not only thanks to the better clearance. Proposed space inside the vehicles is within good at Mercedes, which is fully expected. Comfortable ride for both cars is equally
, despite the sport orientation of Porsche. The burden of Porsche is considerably higher, but that does not preclude better behaviors on the road. We wait with interest release of the new Cayenne, which will appear later this year and will be a specification 2011. Cayenne 2 is expected to be lighter and more economical (and hopefully cheaper).
Our advice: When it comes to sporty SUV, our
favorite in this class is the Porsche Cayenne Turbo S. The difference in price is $ 32,000 is too much for these two cars. Despite the high price our recommendation is for Porsche Cayenne Turbo S.
