Historical win for Audi in 24h Le Mans 2010

Audi_Le_Mans_24h_2010_FinishAudi achieved a historical victory of the legendary race the 24 Hours of Le Mans, and took the first three places in the race. Winner of the race was crew Bernhard/Dumas/Rockenfeller with Audi R15 TDI (397 laps in 24h 01m 23.694s). A second finished team Factory Peugeot pilots, who made very well qualification and had the advantage in the first half of the race, unfortunately, none of them are able to finish because of technical problems. Great favorites with Peugeot 908 HDi Pedro Lamy, Simon Sebastien Bourdais and Pazheno not completed because of suspension failure.
One of the first dropped the race was the world champion of Formula 1 for 1992 Nigel Mansell. The British pilot loses control of the car and flew off the track. 56 year old Mansell who involved in the crew with their sons, a long time could not get out of the car. After his release from the car was transported to hospital but was not seriously injured.
Reached to the final were 28 teams of the 56 started. For one day in the race winners have make 397 laps.
