Coming soon: VW Touareg R 2011

According to unofficial information from VW prepared sports version of the new Volkswagen Touareg. For the sports SUV, VW will rely on created at the beginning of the year sports division R GmbH. Currently offered R versions by Germany’s company are Passat, Golf and Scirocco. In the R model Touareg is expected to have a output power of 550 horsepower, which can compete with the Porsche Cayenne Turbo, BMW X5M, Mercedes-Benz ML63 AMG. Engine will be used for R version is expected to be V8 with Twin turbo system. Sport SUV will have some visual changes, the usual R-emblems, new front spoiler, bi-xenon headlamps, rear spoiler and diffuser, exhaust system with two large pipes, larger wheels. Volkswagen Touareg R is expected to make its debut at the Detroit Motor Show in 2011.
