Dodge presented the most powerful version Challenger SRT-8 392. Model is expected to make an official debut at SEMA tuning show in Las Vegas. Challenger SRT-8 392 features a new engine with a capacity of 6.4 liters HEMI ® V-8. Number 392 in the model corresponds to the engine capacity in inches: 392 cubic inches exactly. The power of the model is increased by 50 horsepower to incredible 470 horsepower, torque has risen by 90-ft. LB (121 NM.) to 470 lb.-ft. (636 NM). Besides the new engine Challenger, engineers have improved and suspension, transmission ratios in the gearbox have also changed, minor improvements suffered and steering system. Initially the model will be produced in 1492 exemplars of version “392″ in a series called Inaugural Edition. The cars will be in white color with blue racing lines on the body or blue with white lines. 2011 Challenger SRT-8 392 will be produces in the base Brampton, Ontario, Canada, and will arrive in US dealerships in late 2010. As yet, the official price was not released.
