With this fuel consummation Q7 ranks the top of SUV green cars. For comparison, Mercedes ML350 BlueTEC uses about 9,4 liters of diesel per 100 km (25 miles per US gallon). Volkswagen Touareg V6 TDI spends about 8,4 liters of diesel per 100 km (28 miles per US gallon). Even one of the best hybrid SUV Ford Escape Hybrid 2011 32 MPG (7,5 l/100km) not allowed to show efficiency like Highly efficient 3.0 TDI Q7. High-tech engine weighs only 200 kilograms (440.92 lb). This modification will no replace the current 3.0 TDI with 225 horsepower and will only be a complement to the family of Q7.
