VW spread of official photos of the new seventh-generation Passat 2011. Model will hit German showrooms in mid November. In other Europe countries, the model will be available in late November. 2011 Passat will offer its customers in Europe choice of 10 different engines from 105 to 211 horsepower. Fuel consumption is start from 4.2 l/100 km to 9.3 l/100 km. Gearboxes are 3; 6-speed manual is standard, as an optional from VW offers 6-speed DSG and 7-speed DSG. Standard features (Trendline) include ESP, six airbags, air conditioning, electromechanical power-assisted steering, electric windows, multifunctional display, central locking, height-adjustable driver’s seat, RCD 210 audio system. The standard drive is front-wheel drive, as 2011 Passat offers all-wheel drive (4MOTION) optional. Still no official information about the price.
