In 2010, in service recalls are called total 17.2 million vehicles. Which are 800,000 more than last 2009 year. The main culprits for the large number of cars are Toyota with 6.6 million units. GM about 3 million, Honda with about 2.2 million, Nissan with about 1.9 million. The numbers of recalls this year, remains far from a record 2000, when they are recalls over 24.3 million vehicles. Then the main number is calculated by Ford, because of problems with the tires Firestone.
