Hopefully this is gonna be a true state of the DOHC engine, with the most advanced I-vtec and lets hope, direct injection.
Honda’s older B16 and B-18 Vtec engines in the old Integra model were famous
for generating very high horsepower without turbocharging, and this engine
should be the true follow on to those still incredibly admired older Honda
engines.
This new engine might not be as “new” as it first seems. Honda has a excellent asset basis in the R-series (R-16/18/20) block, which already the
oil spray piston cooling. This new engine could be a next generation advanced derivative of the R-series.
Why is is taking Honda so Damb long to get this car to market????
Honda if your going to make it let everyone know quit being so fricken secretive
about shit, and just tell us if its comming or not ,so i can buy it or move on to a different car manafacturer!!!
PS: you sure need something cause all honda car are boring to drive and slow as hell need to inject some power into the line up cause 200hp just isn’t cutting it anymore!!!! (210hp/190ft-lb is where it should be)
