Tuning specialist from G-Power present world’s fastest LPG powered car. Model was developed based on G-Power M5 Hurricane RS (750 hp) which broke the speed record and became the fastest sedan on the planet, developing a speed of 367.4 km / h in 2008. In 2009 it was shown a model G-POWER M6 HURRICANE equipped with a bi-supercharger system and produced 635hp. In 2010, by G-Power has released optimized M5 Hurricane RR with 800 horsepower under the hood that improve the record, developing an incredible 372 km / h. Current model of G-POWER is called M5 HURRICANE GS with 660 hp under the hood and a maximum torque of 650 Nm. The main difference is a type of fuel. LPG powered cars are quite popular in some countries of Central and Eastern Europe, where the price of gasoline is quite high for the quality of life. Under the hood HURRICANE GS uses the standard V10 engine from M5 (E60), which is equipped with SK II bi-supercharger system thanks to low-pressure forced induction with a relative charge pressure of 0.6 bar. Each cylinder bank of the 5.0l V10 power plant is equipped with a belt-driven ASA T1-313 compressor. Compared with conventional mechanical superchargers, which consume a large proportion of the additional power generated to drive themselves, ASA compressors have an efficiency rating of up to 80 percent. Acceleration from 0-60 mph (0-100 km / h) is only 4.6 seconds. M5 HURRICANE GS passes the 200 km / h mark in a total of just 11.4 seconds. Tuning package worth € 33,571 ($ 44,850) includes installation. Officially there are no data about fuel consummation, but it became clear that the CO2 emissions have been reduced by about 15%.
