According to unofficial information Audi prepare X6 competitor. Future model most likely will use the same basis like VW Touareg, Porsche Cayenne and the current Q7. It is no secret that Audi want in its model range to have a competitor to the BMW X6, especially since Bavarian reported twice as many sales expectations.
As yet, information about future Q6 is not confirmed officially, but according to unofficial data Audi enhanced working on the design of the new SUV. The engines that will power the new Q6 will be the same used in Q7. Most likely will have a difference only in the most powerful version, which will receive 4.0 V8 petrol engine, unlike the Q7 which is powered by a V12 diesel.
Currently still no information about the future premier of the new model.
