According to unofficial information, BMW will delay the development of entirely new X4. Model which was supposed to appear in 2014 will be delayed by at least 2 years. It was not known actually reasons for the delay, but BMW probably first want to develop a new generation of X5 and X6, which will probably occur in 2014.
According to recent information, people from BMW will make X4 an entirely new platform.
