Return of the legendary sports car Lancia Stratos is postponed for now. The reason is that Ferrari are prohibited to Pininfarina to development the new Stratos. Currently super car was produced in only one copy, powered by 4.3 V8 engine with power of 540 hp. This version accelerates from standstill to 100 km / h (0-60 mph) in 3.3 seconds to 200 km / h in 9.7 seconds. For comparison Ferrari Italia 458 and Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 Superleggera accelerates to 200 km / h respectively for 10.4 and 10.2 seconds.
So far, the new Stratos future remains unclear, but certainly if it comes to serial production, model will be not used base from some Ferrari model.
