After nearly a year continued struggle for survival Saab surrender. On 19.12.2011 Swedish company announced bankrupt. The main reason for end of Saab is GM’s position, and refusing to deal with Chinese company Youngman. The Board of Saab Automobile subsequently decided that the company without further funding will be insolvent and that filing bankruptcy is in the best interests of its creditors.
